Translation & Interpretation

Simple Translation

The translation of texts of general dissemination and information purposes can be accomplished by simple translation.
After receiving the original (digital) is translated and delivered in the same way.
For physical documents prior transcription is required; it can be performed by the client or the professional.

Sworn Translation

Sometimes official capacity documents that have been translated, need validation. This process is performed by a sworn translation.
Once translated, the sealed document are validated by the relevant authorities to accept them.
This process is mandatory in the documents submitted to the Spanish government and are in a language other than officials of Spain.

Sworn translation does not keep the original format, adapts to the requirements of public administration; thats why includes a simple translation for easier reading.

Simultaneous Interpretation

By simultaneous interpretation attendees can listen to in their language in real time what is being said .
These types of services require a specific technical equipment such as soundproof cabins and headphones for attendees.
Usually these types of services should be coordinated with those responsible for the technical requirements for events.

Consecutive Interpretation

For interpretations in meetings with few attendees, consecutive interpretations are better.
By taking notes, the professional can translate in batches the speech from one language to another.
Order to ensure confidentiality, the notes will be destroyed after the service.

Cultural mediation and localization

Being a translator and interpreter involves knowing two cultures.
In many cases our products (website, facilities, magazines, etc …) are focused on the public of a particular language.
When translated content is important to know if the result is suitable for audiences of the target language; otherwise it could generate rejection.
The website localization or adaptation of materials requires the intervention of a cultural mediator.
